Management is needed in every organization to make things flow on a daily basis with less confusion over who is in charge of who. Managers focus on daily routines of companies including planning, budgeting, hiring employees, and overseeing others(Bateman & Snell, 2011). They focus their attention on the organization and make sure that each day is structured from the organization itself and for the employees(Bateman & Snell, 2011). Managers are people within an organization that employees will go to with problems and expect guidance towards solutions. Employees need guidance and inspiration daily in order to ensure they are striving to do the very best. This is why manager should also try to focus their energy into becoming a leader(Bateman & Snell, 2011).
