Leadership and Service Journal Entry The definition of leadership according to is, a person who guides or directs a group (The definition of leadership, n.d.), but to me its much more than that. Being a leader means that you have a natural ability to instill confidence and trust in people so that they feel comfortable following your lead. Serving others and leadership can go hand in hand. Sometimes simply being a leader can be considered serving others, if those others would not have the ability or presence of mind to complete a required task without someone there to show them the way. As a psychology major I believe that my program of study will be extremely beneficial to my ability to lead and serve....
