What is the first thing that comes to mind when reading or hearing the word "Drugs"? What type of reaction can be believed that of a negative or positive manner? Drugs, legal and illegal, have been around since the beginning of time. So, how does something intended to help or cure individuals of pain and disease, also become a form of addiction and ruin so many lives? Drugs have become both a problem and solution in American society. While drugs are both beneficial and dangerous, the effect it has on the lives of many Americans, on a daily basis, has an alarming result.
