Major Counseling Theories Comparison Paper I am writing this in order to provide insight on the various theories available to work with. I am using Adlerian Theory which was cultivated by Alfred Adler. I am comparing it to Cognitive Behavior Theory which was cultivated by Albert Ellis, Motivational Interviewing which was cultivated by William Miller, Solution-Focused Theory which was cultivated by Steve de Shazer, and Psychoanalysis which was cultivated by Sigmund Freud.
