The purpose of an Environmental Assessment (EA) and/or Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) is to provide a harmonious union between humans interactions & the environment. One EIS can take, on average, two to three years to complete. The volumes of data collection can be overwhelming, yet it is important to present the information in a way that the public can comprehend.
