Long-Term Care Facility Study Outline

In this assignment we will have to work together as a team, discuss many different facilities, pick one, and prepare a presentation. We will all be responsible for completing our part of the team project. We will be discussing different long term facilities, the services they provide, the patient to staff ratio, how many beds the facility has, which city and state the facility is located, as well as if the facility has any accreditations.
