Departmentalization

I will still use Kudler Fine Foods as my organization of choice for this discussion as I have done in the past. The approach that closely relates to this organization is departmental. This is because the manner of practice in which specific responsibilities basing on their allocation of responsibilities are combined to reflect the functional area that is different from other functional areas in the organization. With departmentalization Kudler Fine Foods is able to benefit as far as specialization is concerned (Bateman & Snell, 2011). Employees are able to perform their tasks as assigned to them in terms of their areas.
