Describe the roles of government bodies that determine fiscal policy. The role of the government regarding the fiscal policies are that the government enforces the policies through the executive and legislative branch by regulating input and output levels; taxing; employment; and prices. Some feel that the government should increase aggregate expenditure to ensure a socially desirable equilibrium level of income and output (Amacher & Pate, 2019).
