What are Contracts and The Correct Way?

It is believed that contracts are often viewed as unnecessary in the eyes of the public. Majority of the people believe that they live their lives being able to do what they want and when they want with as little regards for contractual law. Writing this paper I will present the usefulness of contracts and how people use and relate to it in their everyday lives. I will also provide a reasonable idea of what would happen if we did not have contracts.
