Abstract

Julia who is suffering from anorexia, and negative body image issues. Negative body image issues refer to someone who sees their body negatively and often starves themselves and or throws up after eating in order to stay thin. In the case of Julia, she started dieting because her coach mentioned she needed to eat better so her run times would improve. Once she started to see the results, she kept going on her diet plan to lose even more weight. She missed going home and break, she avoided her friends, and became easily agitated if anyone mentioned her weight lose or behaviors.
