What behaviors will maximize your successful entry in the program?

There are several pro-active behaviors that are found to be needed in order to be successful in the DBA program. Some pro-active behaviors may include, but are not limited to: acting like a leader, applying critical thinking, collaborating with others, trusting your capabilities, relying on a network, and persistence (Eylers, 2017).
I feel that persistence is the foundation of all of the behaviors that were mentioned. In order for me personally to be able to communicate with my network, trust my capabilities, be involved in teamwork, and being able to lead, I must have the mindset to overcome obstacles.
