Introduction -

Change within organizations is inevitable and often unwelcome. There are several factors that influence an individual's attitude towards change including self-interest, lack of understanding, lack of trust in management, differing assessments of the need for change, and low tolerance for change (Baack, 2012). No matter the reason for one's resistance to organizational change, those affected must find a way to accept the change.
