Introduction -

Conflict within the workplace is inevitable (Butler & Mullis, 2001). While individuals within an organization share a common goal, not everyone will agree on how to achieve those goals (Baack, 2012). Conflict identification and resolution is vital to keeping a workplace running smoothly as not to create a hostile working environment amongst employees or between employees and management (Brown, 1998).
