Abstract

As a manager within the variable department, there are many factors to take into consideration while interpreting also analyzing any type of variance reports. Factors that come into play when dealing with variances include increased/ decreased volume, wage increases. Cost increases for supplies as well as equipment needed. Variance reports are used specifically to analyze how the company is doing with meeting their budget goals while implementing future budgets.
