Role in Union Election The function that best suites to me is informing all parting of legal rules regarding campaign organization and the election process. The reason for choosing this is that this roles is associated with legal aspects of elections of union which relates to the regulations and rules. I have better understanding of laws which are associated to relationship issues of labor. I will be informing the parties the rules which are applicable during elections to make them more effective. The parties are kept informed about the elections, this is the best part of my role. Another thing is that no bad relationships are dealt with any specific candidate.
