The Leader in Me Learning to Manage Me

Abstract This paper explores a variety of leadership aspects, all in relation to me as a leader. The first section, Section A, is a detailed look into my five (5) areas of strength from the CliftonStrengths assessment performed on September 1, 2019 (Gallup, Inc., 2019) and includes specific examples from my life that demonstrate these strength areas. Section B is an assessment of the Transformational Leadership Theory in relations to my leadership strengths and weaknesses; this includes recommendations that I can take to improve my leadership abilities in the areas of my weaknesses. Section C is my SMART goals, with an assessment of what they mean to me as a leader.
