Week 3 Discussion 2 The fiscal policy relies on the governments powers of spending and taxation. Both taxation and government spending are used to reduce or increase the supply of money in the economy. The Treasury oversees the government spending. The treasury ensure policies are implemented and run by how they are constructed and written.
