A. Philosophical Statement My classroom management philosophy is to create a caring, encouraging, and nurturing environment, while still giving structure to the students in my classroom. To be able to successfully provide a classroom that reaches this goal is to give all students fair and equal treatment. This means not playing favorites with students or giving preferential treatment.
