A. Discuss 3 causes of workplace conflict

1. The first cause of conflict of workplace conflict between the City Management and Police Officers is the City Mayor learning that three police officers earned higher annual salaries than the Mayor from a newspaper article. The mayor discovered this was because of the extra Overtime hours the city Police Officers had been working to help keep the newly elected Mayors promise to lower crime in the city by increasing the number of Patrols in the Citys high crime areas.
