Healthcare problem The healthcare problem I am addressing is falls among the older adult population. Falls are a frequent problem that can have a significant impact on morbidity and mortality in the older adult population, whether the fall occurs at the persons residence, in an acute care facility, long term care facility or an assisted living situation.
