A1. Strategic Planning for Sustaining Strengths The school organization uses strategic planning to sustain its strengths. Strengths are defined as characteristics that give the school organization an advantage (Marin & Leinbach, 2014). One of the strengths in my school organization is the implementation of character education. My school has been recognized as a National School of Character, a recognition we are very proud of.
