A. Discuss 3 Causes of Workplace Conflict:
- Officers made sacrifices to ensure the safety of the citizens of Laredo by taking on additional hours. With that came an increase in overtime and overtime pay. The increase in work hours went on for so long, that the officers became accustomed to their increase in salary. They took on loans and increased living expense as a result of the higher salaries. The reduction in overtime, thus pay, will immediately result in low morale and in some cases panic if they are no longer able to sustain the way of living that came with increased pay.
