1. Explain your preferred ethical lens, or what it means to have a center perspective relevant to the ELI. According to the ethical lens inventory my preferred ethical lens is blended responsibilities and relationship. I balance my individuality (autonomy) and my desire to help build a fair community (equality) by using rationality. According to the ELI the responsibilities lens is in the family of the ethical theory of deontology. My principles that center on duty and obligation to do what is right marry with my relationship lens that is based on wanting justice and equality for all citizens.
