Stimulation Assignment

The stimulation was very interesting. It discussed the various topics such as recruitment, job postings, absentee, challenges companies face and the turnover rate. Some of the answers the supervisors picked, I didnt agree with some of the responses. In my opinion some of those questions shouldnt have been asked because they were unethical questions. What I got from this lesson was to adapt to change and know a little more abut the job position that you are applying for.
