Abstract: Military Personnel person returning to work after a deployment is challenging. They are faced with different policy, training and procedures. They can face discrimination in the work place due to the employers own stereotyping. Women also fac3e more challenges because they are not looked at as a qualifying person to move up the corporate latter or be in a leadership position.
