Teen Pregnancy, Whos Problem is it? Name Ashford University Social Problems SOC 203 Gina Rollings

There is a growing concern for the rise in teenage pregnancy within the United States. Everyone understands that this is a concern to the teenager, but not everyone knows the consequences that face our society. I will be discussing the different levels of this problem and consequences involved in each level. From the teenage mother, to the newborn child and on to the new adult, this is a great distress on our society as a whole. Changes need to be made in order to protect ourselves from further damage to our society. Educating these youth and providing them with the support that they need may go a long way in helping curb the teenage pregnancy rates.
