Vitamins are classified into two groups, these being water soluble and fat soluble. These two groups have different behavioral patterns from each other. Water soluble vitamins include Vitamin B and Vitamin C. Fat soluble Vitamins include Vitamin A, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, and Vitamin K.

Vitamins are an essential part of our diets. If enough attention is not paid to the amount of vitamin intake serious health concerns arise.
