Our climate changes on an everyday of the week, year, and month basis. The main purpose in this paper is to properly discuss the regulations put in place by the government in regards to climate change. As well as to thoroughly explain some viewpoints on climate change as well as my personal viewpoint on the subject. I will also discuss command and control regulations versus incentive based regulations, along with discussing the pros and cons of each one. Finally, I will discuss what type of regulations I would put in place if I was a part of the Federal Administration.
