Living with iron deficient anemia has been a part of my life since my early teenage years and continues to be an ongoing battle into adulthood. Creating a nutritional and physical plan will help keep one on track instead of waiting for the onset of symptoms to start before adding more iron to one's diet. Included in the plan will be nutritional and physical exercise goals, actions taken to meet each goal, anticipated setbacks or difficulties. Along with methods to overcome setbacks or difficulties, and outcomes used to measure success.
