In the area which I live we have an abundance of plant and animal life. I attribute this to the combination of rural and urban settings in which people live here. We have manicured lawns of grass, and fields full of corn, hay, and soybeans. There are ornamental trees in landscaped yards and vast forest areas full of native trees and bushes. One can find yards containing roses, tulips, mums and snapdragons just to name a few, to fields full of wildflowers. We have waterways containing water lilies and cat tails along with milkweeds.

The animal life here runs the gamut of varied wild life to varied domesticated animals. There are both black and brown squirrels, fox, opossum, raccoon, wood chuck, skunk and deer to cows, pigs, goats, sheep and horses....
