Describe two similarities and two differences between eukaryotic cells and prokaryotic cells. Why do you think eukaryotic cells developed? Describe how eukaryotic cells are similar to a production line

 Both Prokaryotes and Eukaryotes have a plasma membrane. This plasma membrane acts as a barrier between what is inside a cell and what is outside. It chooses what to let inside.

 Both Prokaryotes and Eukaryotes have cytoplasm/cytosol. This is made up mostly of water and forms the liquid inside of a cell. This is where cellular activity happens.

 Some Prokaryote cells have a capsule. This capsule forms a layer of protection for the cell. It can also give a Prokaryote cell certain characteristics. Eukaryote cells do not have a capsule.
