Importance of Cultural Sensitivity

Cultural sensitivity is being mindful and understanding of the morals and principles within different cultures. Two prominent factors in achieving a culturally sensitive environment are diversity and inclusion. In this manner, diversity is more than looking at an individuals race or sex, but rather all aspects of the culture that the person possesses.
