Before the housing market crash, economists agreed that the price of housing was affected by three things: location, location, location. However, times have changed. Will this old truth still prove valid in the current market? Team B poses the research question, "Does distance from the city still affect home price?" The hypothesis is that distance is, in fact, currently related to home price. Specifically, if the home is closer to the city, then it will be more expensive.
