Jewish Holy Days

In this report I will discuss the holy days that are observed by followers of the Jewish religion. Included in the report will be the time of the year that the holy days take place, what practices are associate with the holy days, and the historical origin of the holidays. In the fall of the year the Jewish holidays are Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kipper, and Sukkot. In the wintertime there are the Jewish holy days Hanukkah and Purim. During the spring of the year are The Passover and Shavuot festivals (Fisher, 2008, ). The accumulated time spent during these holidays is more than on third of the entire calendar year.
