Nurse leaders in every nursing schools should endeavor to work towards enlarging nursing ratio with a baccalaureate degree from fifty to eighty percent by 2020 (Billings & Halstead, 2013). Chance of accomplishing this task will be high if nursing leaders would associate with organizations that can provide funding at both private and public level together with education accrediting bodies for adequate funding of institutions necessary to grow the number of nurses in higher education.
