Reflection on Learning Paper (2 Pages 1100 Words)

After three months taking Speech C100 class, I have learn a lot of things about the interpersonal behaviors I engage in on a regular basis and teach me how to modify, or improve, communication skills so I can have happier and healthier relationships. I have learned that it is not easy to become a good communicator, but I can understand how to improve myself to have a happy life. I enjoy the process of interpersonal communication. I believe my best skill as a communicator is Listening. I understand that listening and hearing arent identical. Listening occur when the brain reconstructs these electrochemical impulses into a representation of the original sound and then gives them meaning. Listening is not automatic....
