Abstract

As we know, for interacting with any organization, HR personnel are the first people whom anyone can meet within the organization i.e. with the assistance of HR people anyone enters in an organization. Such employees always deals with anyone's selection process and after selection manages their relationship with organization. Hence, they have their important role within the organization and have their interaction with every other employees of the organization.
