My initial plan was to develop the questions using at least one of each of the level of measurement. However, since the way I understand nominal it is more of identifying a classification instead of a measurement, which means I found myself doing most of the questions as nominal. I did the age question as interval, because if I understand the reading interval because the distance between the intervals is the same.
