I chose the case study of Charles. Charles is a 33-year-old African American male. Charles is currently seeking treatment because he has been having suicidal thoughts. In his personal life he is currently going through a divorce. Charles has expressed that he has feelings of stress, anger, agitation, & sadness. His personal feelings have begun to impact his work and he is fearful of losing his job.
