Eating disorders affect many people of all different types, all over the world. Eating disorders are mental disorders in which the sufferer either over eats, under eats, or binges and purges. They include disorders such as overeating, anorexia, and bulimia. Eating disorders do not discriminate against people and anyone can be affected for any reason. Some people grow up constantly bombarded by images of what they should be like and then develop and idea of who they should be and go to extremes to obtain that and others grow up in a household or environment which sets that up for them. No matter how the person develops an eating disorder they are treatable and many people have been able to heal from the struggles...
