In any organizations there is always things that need to be done and accomplished, however, the management of these organizations might not be trained enough to deal with the technical issues that might rise between the organization and their employees. The only way to organize all these issues is to bring in an organizational psychologist. The following paragraphs will discuss organizational psychology, explain the role of research and statistics in organizational psychology and describe how organizational psychology can be used in organizations.
