People behave in certain ways depending on their surroundings but most people do not think about how each environment you are in the majority of the time affects your life over all. Organizational psychology studies behaviors of an individual person in a work setting such as their office building. This research of people in these setting will allow us to see how much sections of our daily lives affect all parts of it. Research can be used to improve any changes that need to be made as well. Organizational psychology can determine if guidelines used by mangers are repetitive in a person daily life. Set patterns can help us answer most of the questions we may have.
