Abstract
The research of previous call center customer service experience will have an assessment focusing on major components of employment. The individual review should provide knowledge toward positive and negative motivational reward impact. Personal experience in a call center will show the benefits of the position from a personal opinion. Furthermore, self-management, intrinsic motivation, and reward system will offer information of employment motivation. An evaluation of the reward system contains a personal opinion about the effectiveness in motivating behavior, and goal setting as an employee. The research does not implement the broad aspect of customer service except the opinion from my personal experience as a past employee of a call center.
