After reading pages 55 through 61, define and discuss the following concepts: "self-efficacy", "locus of control","learned helplessness" and "self-determination".How can these concepts shape and influence an individual's experiences in society?

For example, if a person is dealing with negative self-efficacy ("I can't") and learned helplessness ("I'll never succeed") in his/her daily life, how does that impact job prospects, education and relationships? How could positive self-efficacy ("I think I can") and self-determination ("I'll keep going until I succeed") impact a person's life?
