Depression

Depression is a mood disorder makes individual feel sad, life overwhelmingly challenging, low self-esteem, lose of interest in activities once enjoyed, and life does not worth living. Depression also affects the way individual thinks and behaves and may cause varieties of physical problems (Comer, 2011). Depression is not a sudden chronic illness or a viruses infection problem, it sneak up slowly as a result of living problems, such as death of loving one financial or emotional problems.
