The multi-factorial model shows there is multiple factors that can play a role in determining an individual's risk of illnesses during their lifetime. The determining factors are Biological Factors, Socio-cultural Factors, Environmental Factors, Personality, Behavior, and Stressors. This model explains an individual believes are bearing on whether a person maintains a healthy lifestyle. The model attempts to explain the connection between biology and behavior relates to some illnesses.
