What are the causes of stress in Michael's life? How is stress affecting his health?

The causes of stress in Michael's life are many. He recently got divorced. Divorce has a lasting impact on all people involved including the children. Michael's whole life will change from friends he hangs out with to the places that he goes to the time he spends with is children. It will be like starting from scratch for him at the age of forty and that is not easy for anyone.

Not being able to see his children as much as he used to is also a stressor. He probably thinks that his children are angry with him for not being around as much as he used to be. This probably makes Michael feel guilty. He probably thinks that his children will resent him for his absence....
