The steps of the general adaptation syndrome that I will experience will be in three stages. The stages are the alarm stage, resistance stage, and exhaustion stage. The alarm stage is my body's first response to the stressor. The resistance stage occurs if the alarm stage summons my body and the stressor in not remote. The exhaustion stage will happen if the stressor is still not removed. This stage causes me to feel physically weak.
