Intrinsic and Extrinsic Satisfaction

Career goals: I am a full time online student and stay at home dad by day and a music producer/manager/promoter by night. I am seeking a career in the music industry as a record label executive or a position in marketing and promotion within the company. This is why Im pursuing a degree in Public Relations & Marketing. But my true passion is running my own record label. Extrinsic factors: In the music business, the monetary benefits can be lucrative.
