A large portion of this video seemed to focus on how to motivate yourself to stick to your goals and having the willpower to do better. I loved the way she laid out the basic idea of what willpower is, but also expanded on other ways willpower works. Its not just avoiding bad things, its purposefully putting yourself in the place for good things as well, which to me can sometimes be the harder choice as putting yourself in the place for good things to happen usually means you are shoving yourself into a new area outside the comfort zone. Imagining a future memory is a very good trick to get yourself moving, I often think of the day I get handed my first diploma and how proud I will feel and how proud my family will be.
